Attraction introduction

【Selinda Reserve】

The Selinda Reserve is located between the Okavango and Linyanti water systems and protects the Selinda Spillway, which runs through the heart of this vast reserve covering 1,350 square kilometres. Four-night canoe tours on the Selinda Adventure Trail are available from June to October. Impala, kudu, eland, warthog, reedbuck and giraffe can be seen year-round, lions are also relatively easy to see, and there is also a pack of wild dogs. Flying from Maun or Kasane to the airstrip between Zrafa and Selinda takes approximately one hour. The main camp hotels here are: Selinda, Selinda Suite, Zarafa, Zarafa Dhow Suite, Selinda Explorers, Selinda Pioneers Camp. These camps are mainly distributed in the eastern part of the reserve. The western part of the reserve is dense leadwood and mopani forest. The semi-mobile tent Pangolin Photo Camp, operated by Pangolin Photo Safaris, is mobile in 7 locations.

【Duba Concession Reserve】

The Durbar Concession Reserve was made famous by National Geographic filmmakers Dereck and Beverly Joubert and is represented by Great Plains Conservation
The Okavango Community Trust operates in partnership across five villages in the Okavango Panhandle. It is famous for viewing lions and cheetahs, especially the lions hunting buffalo, and there are no giraffes or zebras to see. During the dry season, the number of cattle can reach thousands, and the scenery is spectacular; during the rainy season, you have the opportunity to see many birds. Location: Located within the Serinda Reserve (NG16), it can only be reached by light aircraft. You can arrive by light aircraft from Kasane (55-minute flight) or Maun (45-minute flight), and then drive from the airport for 1 hour or take a boat for 40 minutes (during flood season) to reach the camp. The specific time depends on the scenery you see on the way and the length of stay.
